THE TEAM

Michael Schauble

CEO
Michael began his gaming career as a 3D Artist in 2002. He then transitioned to BD at Xbox Studios where he managed 1st-party initiatives, supported ID@Xbox, and spearheaded the launch of Game Pass. Most recently Michael was the CCO at tinyBuild Games.

Luke Burtis

President
Luke started his career in 2001 as a video game tester, working for companies such as Microsoft. Later he spent seven years working for the Casual Games Association, a B2B video games events company as Production Director. Luke is the Co-Founder of tinyBuild Inc and formerly the companies COO.

Allie Paul

Director of Business Development
Allie dove head-first into her gaming career in 2022, managing publisher-platform relationships, overseeing a massive game pitch publishing pipeline, and advocating for business and financial opportunities for developers.

Yulia Vakhrusheva

Marketing Director
Yulia Vakhrusheva was the Director of Community and PR at tinyBuild Games. Prior to that she was the Director of the Indie Prize Showcase at Casual Connect.
